What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Are any purchases final sale?
Personalized items are made specifically for you and are excluded from our standard return policy, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. All other items follow our standard 14-day return policy.
When will I get my order?
Since each item is made to order, please allow 2 days for production, plus 5 days for shipping depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in Bangladesh and
printed at the production site closest to you (e.g. Germany, USA, Canada).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
